Sorry to bother you all, I am new here and just had an issue with my War of Legions.  I guess my account was not attached to my AteamID acct and some how my data on my phone got erased and I am trying to get it reinstated.  I have my PlayerID for the acct and I had just gotten all 3 fully evolved pegasi from the last event.  Can anyone help me figure out how to get it reinstated and attached to my AteamID? I have contacted customer support and they keep telling me that it needs to be attached to my AteamID and are not helping in any way.. Personally i like the game and if they cannot give me the full account I would be happy with creating a new user as long as I can get my 3 pegasi.  any feed back or anything you all could give would be great.  also do you know of anyway to truly contact customer service? I have tried the email route and they keep giving me the same answer and run around. I submitted a message through facebook to them today as well so we will see what happens.

I will asked around. We had 2 guild members who had similar issue and I think they fix it by resetting itune account and reloading the game.

thx i will try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it to see if that helps.. i want to start playing again, but am irritated since i just got all 3 pegasi.

reinstall did not work.. same thing.. I know with Dark Summoner as long as you had your PlayerID for the character then you would be able to restore. War of Legions, it seems is not like that and Ateam customer service leaves much to be desired.

I have a question...

I currently play the game on an Ellipisus 7 Tablet from Verizon. About a week ago...my tablet received the kit Kat 4.4.2 OS update. Now, prior to this update...the game worked fine. However, after the update was installed, the screen resolution got all messed up. So, now I can't do a darn thing with anything except do battle...missions and events!! No evolves, enhancememts, selling!!

Has anyone faced this issue?? And if yes, how do I fix it?

I have emailed A team inc. About the issue and all they tell me is that they are investigating the issue!!

Need some help!!!
